Account management
Sign-up, login, profile settings, viewing credits, and account security.
Manage login methods, profile, language/theme, and how to view credits.
1. Sign up
- Open Artilora → Sign in / Sign up.
- Choose:
- Email + password
- Third-party (WeChat is common on the China site; Google is common overseas)
- Complete email verification if prompted.
- New accounts receive 50 welcome credits (never expire; confirm in ledger).
2. Sign in & password reset

If login fails: check email casing, reset password, clear cache; still stuck → support@artilora.ai.
3. Profile settings
Usually avatar (top right) → Settings / Account.

For data export or account deletion, use privacy settings or email support.
4. Viewing credits
- Credit balance sits next to your avatar.
- Click for breakdown (subscription, permanent, daily free, etc.).
- Full history lives under My credits.

5. Security
- Strong unique passwords; sign out on shared devices.
- Protect your email (codes and reset links).
- Report suspicious logins and change your password.
