Subscription & credits FAQ
How credits work, China vs overseas plan prices, concurrency and batch limits, upgrades, cancel, and refunds.
These rules are for regular user accounts. Prices and per-model costs follow the pricing page you open and the estimated cost shown on the canvas.
1. How credits are spent
Each request spends credits for:
- Agent: understanding the request, planning steps, and tool outputs (image, video, and more)
- Generator: the model, size, duration, and batch count you choose
The UI shows an estimate before you send. Multi-step Agent work usually costs more than a single Generator image.
Pricing-page “monthly volume” estimates default to Generator usage.
2. Plans and prices (overseas / China site)

Daily free credits (defaults):
- Overseas site: about 50 / day
- China site: about 30 / day
Unused daily credits expire at the end of the day. Trust the balance shown in your account.
Yearly plans: credits are usually issued monthly; unused month balances generally do not roll over.
3. How to get more credits

4. Do credits expire?

5. Brand kits, moodboards, concurrency, batch

Hitting a create limit prompts an upgrade. See Brand kits & moodboards.
6. Check your balance
Click the credit number next to your avatar for a breakdown, then open My credits for the full history.
7. Upgrade and cancel
Upgrade (including monthly → yearly)
- Open Upgrade from the avatar menu, or go to Pricing.
- Choose a tier and billing period, then pay.
- How unused subscription credits are handled follows checkout and account notices.
Cancel
- Open Manage subscription in your account (or the payment provider portal).
- Confirm cancellation.
- Access usually continues until the current period ends; then auto-renew stops.
8. Out of credits
- Wait for the daily refresh; or
- Upgrade; or
- Buy a top-up (never expires); or
- Invite friends for rewards.
9. Commercial use
Subject to model licenses and the Terms of Service, you may use generated content commercially.
This does not include reselling models or building a competing service from them.
10. Refunds (summary)
