Quick start
Sign up, open a canvas, and generate your first product image in about five minutes.
Follow these steps for a first usable generation—about 5 minutes.
Requirements
- A modern browser (latest Chrome / Edge / Safari / Firefox)
- Network access to Artilora
- An email, or a third-party login supported on your site (WeChat is common on the China site; Google is common overseas)
Step 1: Sign up and sign in
- Open Artilora and click Sign in / Sign up.
- Choose a method:
- Email: email + password
- Third-party (WeChat is common on the China site; Google is common overseas): authorize to create an account
- After login, the top bar shows your avatar and remaining credits.
On signup you get: 50 welcome credits (never expire; confirm in account balance).
Completing the home welcome card usually grants another 50 permanent credits (confirm in ledger).
Edge cases (avoid day-one surprises)

Step 2: Understand credits before you spend
Generation spends credits. Common sources:

Step 3: Create a canvas
- From home or the project list, click Create canvas / New project (label may vary).
- The canvas page opens: infinite canvas in the center; chat / generator on the side or bottom.
Canvases auto-save; reopen from the project list anytime.
Step 4: First generation (Agent recommended)
- In chat, write a clear brief, e.g.:
Design a minimal silver ring with a small round zircon, white-background ecommerce hero, front view
- Keep options you need (e.g. web search) enabled if relevant.
- Click Send / Generate.
- Agent plans steps and calls image tools; the result appears on the canvas.
- Iterate in chat: “thicker band”, “swap gem to sapphire”.

Switch to Generator → choose model & params → prompt → generate. See AI generation.
Step 5: Export
- Select the image on the canvas.
- Use Download / Export from the toolbar or context menu.
- Pick resolution/format as offered in the UI.

Common blockers

| Generate does nothing | Confirm you’re signed in; watch for login or low-credit prompts |
| Not enough credits | Wait for daily refresh, top up, or upgrade → Pricing |
| Slow generation | Peak load or video/HD jobs; try a faster model or retry later |
| Need brand consistency | Create a brand kit, then @ it in chat |
