Agent vs Generator, choosing models, writing prompts, and how credits are charged.
Two main entry points: Agent and Generator. Credit rules are the same family; the workflow differs.
1. Pick a mode

Tip: start with Agent; use Generator when you need tight control. Pricing “how many images / month” estimates default to Generator; Agent is often higher.
2. Generate with Agent
- Open a canvas and the chat box.
- Write subject + material/style + use/angle, e.g.:
Minimal titanium bracelet, matte finish, 45° product photo, light gray background, for Tmall hero
- Optionally upload refs, or type
@to pick a brand kit / moodboard. - Send and watch steps; results land on the canvas.
- Iterate: “side view”, “less specular”, “rose gold”.
Useful Agent options
- Web search when you need trends or public refs
- @ brand kit for logo, palette, fonts
- @ moodboard for mood, materials, keywords
3. Generate with Generator
- Switch to Generator.
- Pick type: image / video / 3D (per models enabled on your site).
- Choose a model; the panel shows per-run credit cost.
- Set size, duration, batch count, etc.
- Prompt (+ optional refs) → Generate.
Batch caps depend on plan (free ~1 / run; paid tiers higher). See FAQ.
4. Effective prompts

Always state the use case—PDP white bg vs lifestyle vs factory vs pitch—so framing and detail match.
5. Choosing models (practical)
- Quality: higher per-image credit flagship image models on the pricing table
- Speed / cost: lighter or “Fast” models
- Video: most video models need Start or above—see Video & 3D
- 3D: pick a 3D model in Generator
Live cost and availability follow the canvas UI and the pricing model table.
6. How credits deduct
- Preview estimated cost before send.
- Successful completion charges; failed/no-output cases follow ledger rules (contact support if wrong).
- Multi-step Agent stacks reasoning + tool costs—usually above a single Generator image.
7. Concurrent generations
Plans limit parallel generation jobs (e.g. free 1, Start 2, Basic 4, Pro 8). Hit the cap → wait or upgrade.
