Troubleshooting
Fix failed generations, credit issues, login and loading problems.
Match the symptom below. If stuck, email support@artilora.ai with time and steps.
1. Generate does nothing / fails

| Unstable network | Refresh; try another network |
On failure, confirm charge status in the ledger; disputed charges → support with time/order.
2. Slow generation
- Video, high-res, and multi-step Agent are slower by nature.
- Peak queues—try a faster model or retry later.
- Check local CPU/RAM and conflicting browser extensions.
3. Wrong look / style drift

| Style drifts | @ brand kit / moodboard; lock material and use in the prompt |
| Small change regenerated everything | Inpaint with a tight mask |
| Soft text/logo | Clear logo in brand kit; call out safe area |
| Bad framing | State “front flat lay / 45° / white bg”; or lock ratio with a frame |
4. Brand kits / moodboards

5. Login & account

| Wrong password | Forgot-password reset |
| No verification email | Spam folder; resend; confirm address |
| OAuth fails | Another browser / clear cache; try email login |
| Credits look wrong | Refresh; check My credits; contact support if still off |
6. Canvas load / save
- Hard refresh (
Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R). - Try latest Chrome / Edge.
- Disable ad blockers for the site.
- Don’t open others’ projects via expired share links.
7. Poor BOM detection
Use sharp white-bg shots + detail crops, or create BOM manually. See BOM guide.
