Video & 3D
Generate video and 3D models on the canvas—entry points, plan differences, steps, and credit tips.
Besides still images, you can generate video and 3D models on the canvas. Use the generation-type switch and the model picker.
1. Where to start
| Capability | How |
|---|---|
| Video | Switch generation type to Video, or pick a video model |
| 3D | Open the model list → 3D, then choose a model available on your site |
| Agent | Ask to “generate a product video” or “create 3D from this image” |
Results appear on the canvas; history often lets you filter by video / 3D. The live model list on your site and account is the source of truth.
2. Plan differences (regular accounts)
| Capability | Free | Start and above |
|---|---|---|
| Video models | Most are unavailable until you upgrade | Use models shown as available |
| 3D models | Use models shown as available | Use models shown as available |
Always check the estimated credit cost before you send. If a model still asks you to upgrade, follow the prompt or pick another available model.
3. Generate video
- Open a canvas and switch type to Video.
- Choose a model; confirm duration and estimated credits.
- Describe subject motion + camera move + style + use.
- Optionally upload a first frame or reference.
- Generate, wait, and review the result on the canvas.
Tip: Video usually costs far more than a still—draft with a shorter duration first.
4. Generate 3D
- Model list → 3D.
- Pick a model.
- Provide a clear reference image and/or describe front view, material, and proportions.
- Preview on the canvas and export using the options shown.
5. Common issues
| Symptom | What to do |
|---|---|
| Video locked / upgrade prompt | Upgrade to Start+, or confirm your team plan is active |
| Slow or failed | Shorten duration, switch model, or retry later |
| Agent skips video / 3D | State the type in the prompt, or use the generator directly |
| High credit use | Read the estimate carefully before sending |
